Isabelle Edwards

Isabelle wanted to "tee" up her own golf ball.  This video was put together over the course of six weeks.  The first issue we began to address was her lack of flexibility and range of motion.  Then the dominoe's fell in place!

Joan Adams

​Joan has the leg strength to walk on her own, however, she doesn't trust herself.  So, we have been working on building stability in the joints with certain exercises and improving her confidence.  The only way to build confidence is to challenge yourself!  This is what can happen when you do!!
