Program Details:
Welcome to the "ON" season!! This year will be a transition from my traditional weight lifting camps from the last several years. I want to focus on a small group of dedicated and motivated athletes that have their end goal being college or professional soccer. I have played D1 football and lived the amount of work and dedication needed to compete at that level. I want to create a program that mimicks the demands of a D1 athlete in the weight room and on the pitch. This program will be limited to a very small number because I want to devote all of my attention to these dedicated players and their progress. It will provide the opportunity to execute soccer specific strength movements and add explosiveness, stability, speed and a quicker first step for these athletes. Also, they will develop confidence that you cannot get by going to the gym or going around a bunch of cones on your own. This is the same program my own son has been doing for the last two years!
Also, we will be utilizing the TriCore Wellness app to track each of the athletes progress throughout the summer program. We are able to track calories, sleep and recovery metrics, strength gains, speed gains and provide text alerts to athletes regarding timing for meals with protein, all the while reminding them to hydrate with the proper amounts of hydration needed! Also, the amount of texts that contain videos of knowledge, such as the role of protein in athletes, motivational videos, mental health and wellness throughout the summer will provide continued overall health and accountability throughout the program. Let's use this "ON" season to come back bigger, faster and stronger!
DATES:
Session: June 19 - August 3
We will combine in-person with the Tricore Wellness app this summer.
WHEN: Mondays - 3:30pm - 5:30pm, Thursdays - 3:30pm - 5:30pm
COST:
- BEST option: $600/month (For both in-person and TriCore Wellness app)
- In-Person only: $300/month (June & July will be $600 total. Can be paid in two installments.)
- TriCore Wellness app access: $300/month (June & July will be $600 total. Can only be paid in two installments.)
(There will be a $40.38/athlete gym membership required by the facility. This is a discounted price for students and is accepted at every county facility/gym in Collier County. You can make this payment on the first day of camp or pay in person prior to the first day.)
Payments will need be made separately to:
1) Naples Soccer Training (In-Person)
2) TriCore Wellness app (Programming, oversight and support. Also, hosting will be done by TriCore Wellness)
**For both In-Person and TriCore Wellness app access, you will need to make two payments in each month to both businesses.

Online training with Chris is now available!!! You will get programs designed specifically for you or your athlete and customized to their goals. We can take into consideration practice and game schedules and work those into the program so that we are making progress year round!
Your athlete will have access to year round training at the touch of a button. This app gives us the ability to communicate and program what your athlete needs most, and when they need it! We'll make them successful and strong, in-season and off-season!

Nutrition & Supplementation
It's easy to get caught up in the 'supplement whirlwind' and feel like you are missing out! How many times have you heard a parent or you player come home from practice telling you about this brand new, some what secretive, black ops, cure all, end all, be all supplement that is going to give them Superman-eaque qualities? Trust me... I've been there!
My degree is in Dietetics/Nutrition and I've worked in the supplement industry in both, retail and the manufacturing side of things. In fact, I'm proud to say that one of the products I helped developed was accepted into GNC for sale. I have seen EXACTLY what goes on "behind the scenes"! The supplement industry is not regulated by the FDA, therefore, supplement companies are not held to the same standards as pharmaceuticals and/or the food we buy from the grocery stores and then eat.
What does this mean? It means that you need to be very careful when picking the supplements and the companies that you choose to buy from and then put their product in your body. In other words, how much trust do you have in this product. There are a few companies out there that I trust with my clients and players. The same company that Olympic athletes trust!
Below is a list of supplements that I believe are all an athlete needs, however, there are a few exceptions that are based on circumstances. These are the basics that I recommend for every player.
Recommended Supplements:
1. Multi-Vitamin (Bodyrox (kids 12 and under) or Cellsentials)
2. Protein Powder (Nutrimeal)
3. Joint care (Procosa)
4. Omega-3 (BiOmega)
