Balance University (10-week course)
Gain better balance along side your peers and friends. A certified BU instructor will guide you through our 10-week course and teach you the fundamentals to improving your balance, increasing your strength, improve your flexibility and posture while improving your balance.
This class meets once/week on the same day and at the same time. Make the class part of your weekly schedule! This is a great way to create a solind foundation before entering the "Graduates Program".
Class length: 45-60 minutes
What to bring: Water, pen to take notes (not necessary)
What to wear: Comfortable exercise attire and tennis shoes.
