Balance University is a fitness program for Seniors targeted at improving their balance. Preventing unintended falls and keeping Seniors strong, mobile and independent for the rest of their lives is the core mission for Balance University.
Balance University, also referred to as "BU", includes a 10-week program that begins with basic movements and progresses to more difficult exercises every week. Participants will build strength, improve posture, become more flexible and vastly improve their balance as they advance each week of the program.
